BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with special needs.

  1. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients.
  2. Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  3. Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  4. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  5. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions for program adjustments.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  7. Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and implement evidence-based practices.
  8. Ensure that all services provided comply with ethical standards and meet relevant regulatory requirements.
  9. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and staff development activities.
  10. Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to maintain BCBA certification.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • Florida licensure as a BCBA (if      applicable).
  • Master's degree in Applied      Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of      experience working as a BCBA in the field of ABA.
  • Experience conducting functional      behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans      (BIPs).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA      principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and      interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and      as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in data collection      and analysis using ABA software.
  • Valid driver's license and      reliable transportation for client visits (if required).
  • A commitment to maintaining the      highest ethical standards in the field of ABA.

BCaBA - Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of ABA principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for improving the lives of those we serve.
